This summer’s participants in the Chicago in Beijing intensive language program are clearly having fun in their spare time.
As of June 23, Professor Fang-Pei Cai writes,
Up to now, we have only visited a few places in Beijing—the Summer Palace, the Forbidden City, Jingshan Park, and Beihai Park. But China has changed so much [since last year]. Now we even have a "four-star restroom! ... It's very lucky that all of our students are quite healthy ... most of them have adapted quite well and really enjoy their stay at the Tsinghua University campus.
